2019 Northwest District OhioMTA Piano Pedagogy Seminar
This Saturday, February 16th, will be our annual NWOMTA Piano Pedagogy Seminar! You are invited to attend this wonderful seminar being led this year by guest pedagogue Dr. Andrea McAlister from Oberlin Conservatory. She will be presenting on:
1.) “That’s a Good Question!: Knowing when and how to ask the right question to foster curiosity and learning”
2.) “Teaching with Technology: New tools for music teachers”
3.) MASTERCLASS
BGSU students will also be presenting lightning talks.
Registration is from 8:30am – 9am and our day will conclude at 3:30pm. Please join us this Saturday at the Moore Musical Arts Center at BGSU for this exciting event!

2018-19 Northwest District OhioMTA Handbook

I hope your fall has been off to a great start. I am attaching the 2018-2019 OhioMTA NW District Handbook. I would like to thank Natalie Dehnhoff for her work in putting the 2018-2019 handbook together!
Also, just a reminder that the OMTA State Conference is approaching quickly. The conference will be at Cleveland State University in Cleveland, OH from October 18-20, 2018.
